Concentrated pineapple, honeycomb and elderflower aromas lead to flavours of fresh peaches and honey with balanced sweetness.
The three varieties were vinified separately in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the purity of fruit. Ageing also took place in tank to retain freshness and the aromatic profile, lasting for 12 months, before blending took place. The wine was then aged in bottle for eight to 12 months.
