A full bodied and concentrated wine with aromas of raisined plum and Morello cherry. Full bodied through to a robust, lingering finish.
Fermentation and maceration took place in stainless steel tanks and lasted for 15 to 30 days, followed by 10 to 12 months’ maturation in second and third year French oak barriques.
