Altitude 1350', Uco Valley, Do̱a Paula

Complex and balanced with spicy and floral notes surrounding a core of red fruit. Elegant with lovely texture and a long, persistent finish.
The grapes were gently destemmed without crushing. Each variety was vinified separately and underwent cold maceration in stainless steel tanks, to extract the primary aromas. Once fermentation was complete, the wines were blended. Maturation lasted for 16 months, in French oak barrels, of which 20% were new.
