Buzba€Ù, Rezerve, ÌÐkÌ_zg̦zÌ_ Bo€Ùazkere, Anatolia, Kayra

A big brooding , sturdy wine with lashings of baked cherry fruit with leather and chocolate notes and a long dry balsamic finish, concentrated and intense.
The ÌÐkÌ_zg̦zÌ_ grapes, which are pronounced “O-kuz-goez-zu” and the Bo€Ùazkere grapes- pronounced “Boaz-ker-a” were fermented separately. The grapes were cool macerated for 48 hours before being fermented in stainless steel tanks over a period of 10 days. The wine was aged in oak barrels for 21 months comprising 6% new American oak, 9% new French oak and 85% neutral oak.
