C̫tes du Rh̫ne 'Les Vignes du Prince' Vieilles Vignes', Cellier des Princes

Spicy and juicy plummy fruit woven with appealing warmth from the Southern Rh̫ne.
The grapes were destemmed and fermented for six to eight days in concrete vats at controlled temperatures of between 27 to 32å¡C. Regular pumping over took place to aerate the wine imparting structure. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was then aged for six months in vats, resulting in a fruit driven wine.
