Cannonau 'San Constantino', Sardinia, Poderi Parpinello

Vanilla spice and raspberry summer pudding with spicy notes of tapenade and liquorice on the finish.
The grapes were hand-harvested from a selection of the best bunches in the vineyard. Vinification took place with selected yeast in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of between 20 to 22å¡C. The wine was then underwent maceration for 10 days to extract the desired level of flavours, colour and aromatics, before being bottle aged.
