A fresh and modern style of Bordeaux with a deftness of touch in the winemaking.
The grapes were picked at the optimum maturity levels. Fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the fruit characteristics of Merlot whilst also preserving the essence of the terroir. This wine was bottled after 12 months ageing in stainless steel vats.
