Dolcetto d'Alba, Costa di Bussia

A fresh wine with flavours of green plum, red cherry and almond through to a dry and lively finish.
The grapes were harvested at the desired level of maturity. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures of between 24 to 25å¡C and lasted for five days. Malolactic fermentation followed and then the wine was then left to rest in tank for six months, prior to being bottled.
