A lovely expression of young Pinot Noir from this esteemed producer full of delicate red fruit flavours and complementing cedar oak, elegant and silky.
This cuvÌ©e was traditionally vinified, with fermentation taking place in vat. Two week‰Ûªs maceration gently extracted the desired levels of colour, flavour and structure. The wine was matured in Allier oak barrels (50% new, 50% second passage) for 12 months, followed by four months in bottle prior to release.
