Lagrein, Alto Adige, Tramin

A medium bodied vibrant red with juicy raspberry fruit underpinned by notes of vanilla and green rhubarb through to a dry and tangy finish.
The grapes were destemmed and fermented at 28 to 30å¡C in stainless steel and cement vats where malolactic fermentation took place. The wine was aged for a minimum of six months in cement vats and oak barrels of different dimensions.
