Minervois 'Cuv̩e Selection', Domaine la Rouviole

A full flavoured wine showing ripe blackberry fruit with cedar and cinnamon notes and a fine, fleshy texture.
The grapes were destemmed and each variety was traditionally vinified. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks lasting for two weeks. The wine was then aged for one year in French oak barrels in a combination of new, second and third use barrels, with a proportion aged in stainless steel tank. The wines were then blended.
