A fresh wine delivering layered aromas of black cherry and wild herbs, underlined by robust notes of spice and garrigue.
Each variety was harvested at optimal maturity and vinified separately in order to capture the characteristics of each variety and the local terroir. The grapes were 100% destemmed and fermented for approximately three weeks in stainless steel tanks. The techniques employed to extract the desired level of colour, flavour and structure were specifically tailored to each tank in order to achieve the perfect balance.
