Pinot Nero, Alto Adige, Tramin

Pale in colour this young and lively Pinot shows a combination of cranberry, pomegranate seeds and sour cherry fruit with a hint of charred oak.
The grapes were macerated at controlled temperatures of 26å¡C with daily stirring and submersion of the cap in order to increase the levels of extraction from the grape skins. Fermentation and ageing took place in a combination of French barriques, oak casks and stainless steel vats for at least six months.
