Pinot Noir, Monterey, Lockwood Vineyard

Bright red fruits and a touch of coconut combine with cinnamon to form a medium bodied and silky rounded style of Pinot Noir.
The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks using selected yeast strains. A small proportion of stems was included in the vinification adding complexity and structure to the wine. Post-fermentation maceration extracted fruit flavours, aromatics and fine tannins, resulting in this silky Pinot Noir. The wine was made in an unoaked style to showcase the purity of fruit.
