Sangiovese Riserva, Emilia Romagna, Umberto Cesari

Full, rich and opulent with intense cherry and chocolate aromas and a lingering finish.
Fermentation took place in temperature controlled vats with regular punching down of the cap to extract the desired level of colour, flavour and tannins. The wine was aged for 24 months in 30 hectolitre barrels made from Italian and Slavonian oak.
