Shiraz 'Dindori Reserve', Maharashtra, Sula Vineyards

Densely coloured with a full flavour of smoky vanilla spice, prune fruit and black pepper through to a rich finish.
The grapes were cold soaked and fermented at controlled temperatures of between 25å¡ to 30å¡C, with regular and gentle pumping-over to extract flavour and tannins. The wine was matured in American oak barrels for 12 months, to round out the tannins and impart delicate complexity.
