Flavours of black cherry with herbs, vanilla, big and rich with a spicy and warm finish.
Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures followed by a long maceration to extract colour, flavours and tannins. The wine was aged for 12 months in 225 litre French and American oak of second passage, followed by four months in bottle prior to release.
