Valpolicella 'Rio Albo', Ca'Rugate

A light bodied wine showing violets and bright red cherry aromas and a nice bite of freshness on the finish.
Each variety was vinified separately. The grapes were fermented on their skins for a period of seven to 10 days, releasing the flavours and extracting the colour during the process. The wine was blended and then matured in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the integrity of the primary aromas and varietal characteristics of the blend.
