'Gris Blanc', Pays d'Oc, G̩rard Bertrand

A wonderfully pure, fresh and full flavoured pale ros̩ with vibrant red fruits flavours and a dry, zesty finish.
A manual harvest was followed immediately by gentle pressing of the grapes. The must was transferred under a protective carbonic gas atmosphere, prior to fermentation. Fermentation then took place at low temperatures of between 15å¡ to 18å¡C, in stainless steel vats. The wine was matured on the fine lees for several weeks adding complexity and texture to the final wine.
