Fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the delicate aromas and purity of fruit. The wine did not go through malolactic conversion in order to retain a fresh, crisp palate. It was matured for four months in tank, resulting in a fresh, vibrant and fruity wine.
