Refreshing citrus flavours of lemon, crisp and elegant.
Vinified using the traditional method. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures of between 18 to 20å¡C. The secondary fermentation took place in bottles stored horizontally to maximise contact with the lees, imparting complexity in the resulting wine. Disgorging took place after 12 months.
