Champagne H̩brart, 'Cuv̩e de Res̩rve' Brut 1er Cru

Mature biscuity nose, complex flavour with hints of red apple and an impressively long finish.
Each parcel was gently pressed and vinified separately to preserve the individual characteristics of the terroir. Fermentation took place in small temperature controlled tanks followed by malolactic fermentation. D̩gorgement was carried out approximately six months prior to release.
