Vibrant aromas of exotic, tropical fruits are complemented by floral notes and citrus zest through to a delightfully off-dry finish.
This Spumante Extra Dry was made using the Charmat method. The grapes were carefully selected and gently pressed in a horizontal press. A slow fermentation took place with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, to preserve the purity of the fruit. The secondary fermentation to produce the gentle sparkle took place in a pressure and temperature controlled autoclave. When the secondary fermentation was complete, the wine was carefully prepared for bottling.
