The grapes were harvested at optimum maturity levels. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats and was then matured for three months in tank to retain the purity of fruit. The wine did not go through malolactic conversion and was made in an unoaked style, resulting in a pure, fresh and aromatic Chardonnay.
