Bianco d'Italia, Gran Fondo

Easy drinking, fresh and fruity with a hint of almond on the finish.
The grapes underwent a brief skin contact prior to being gently pressed, in order to extract delicate aromas, structure and flavour. The juice was clarified via flotation and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of between 18 to 19å¡C with selected yeasts. The wine was left to rest in tank until bottled, preserving the fruity characteristics of the blend.
