Bianco, Toscana, R̬mole, Frescobaldi

A rounded and fruity wine with flavours of lemon and ripe pear.
The grapes were harvested at the optimum maturity levels. The Vermentino and Trebbiano varieties were vinified separately, with fermentation taking place in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, in order to maintain each varietal’s aromatic expression and purity of fruit. Malolactic fermentation did not take place retaining the crisp, vibrant style, with maturation lasting for one month in stainless steel.
