'Blanco de la Casa', Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Riccitelli

A textured and full-flavoured blend, with complex aromas of green apple, hay and herbaceous notes underpinned by remarkable minerality.
The grapes were carefully sorted upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation took place in concrete eggs with wild yeasts at low temperatures, to retain the freshness and aromatics of the cool-climate fruit. The wine was aged for eight months in concrete eggs.
