Broad flavours of dried apricot and hazelnuts complemented by tangy lemon peel on the finish.
The grapes were immediately pressed to retain freshness. The juice was then cold settled, prior to fermentation which took place in temperature controlled tanks, preserving the purity of fruit and aromatics. After racking the wine was aged on its lees in small tanks with regular stirrings for four months. The wine was then bottled during the spring following the harvest.
