An unoaked style of Chardonnay, creamy with lots of vanilla and ripe pineapple flavours and a rich finish.
The grapes were selectively harvested during the cool of the night. Cool fermented in 100% stainless steel in order to obtain a fresh and fruit-driven style, the wine was also matured on its fine lees with weekly stirring to add texture and complexity. Made in an unoaked style to maintain the purity of fruit.
