Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Chenevottes, Domaine Marc Morey

A complex bouquet, wonderful minerality with a touch of buttered toast and a long and opulent finish. Beautifully textured and elegant.
Fermentation began in temperature controlled tanks. The semi-fermented must was transferred into oak barrels, to continue fermentation. The wines were then matured for 10 months in oak barrels, of which 25% was new, before spending one month in vat prior to being bottled.
