Cortese del Piemonte 'Adelasia', San Silvestro

Dry and fresh with a hint of pear and lemon and white pepper on the finish.
The grapes were harvested at optimum maturity and phenolic ripeness. They were gently pressed prior to fermentation, which took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 to 20å¡C and lasted for approximately 10 days. The wine was left to rest in tank for four months, preserving the freshness and purity of fruit, prior to being bottled.
