Peach and apricot flavours with floral and vanilla hints through to a lively and zesty finish.
The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16 to18å¡C to preserve the fruity aromatics and freshness. The wine was then matured for a period of four months in tank, prior to being bottled.
