Falanghina del Sannio, Campania, Feudi di San Gregorio

Intense aromas of white flowers and stone fruits with a mineral and lemon zesty finish.
The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 16 to 18å¡C. The wine was then matured for five months in stainless steel tanks on its lees, which imparted texture and complexity.
