Fiano di Avellino, Campania, Feudi di San Gregorio

Lovely purity of lime and citrus fruit with floral notes and a textured spicy and pithy finish.
The bunches were carefully selected and then fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of between 16 to 18å¡C. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was matured for five months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks, adding complexity and texture to the wine.
