Fiano di Avellino, 'Pietracalda', Campania, Feudi di San Gregorio

A delicious wine showing restrained lemon and mineral aromatics through to a vibrant and persistent finish.
Careful selection of the grapes took place prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of between 16 to 18å¡C. This helped to capture all the purity of fruit and varietal characteristics of the Fiano variety. The wine was then matured for four to five months on its lees, with frequent bÌ¢tonnage for a greater texture and complexity. The distinctive bottle has been designed by Massimo Vignelli embracing the wine with elegant fluting.
