An appealing fresh and fruity wine with ripe pear and lemon flavours.
The grapes were cryomacerated and gently pressed. Each grape variety was fermented separately in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, retaining the fresh and aromatic characteristics of the variety. The cuv̩es were then blended and kept in tank until bottled.
