Rich and intense notes of ripe pineapple and spicy apple through to a creamy and peppery finish.
The grapes for this single vineyard GrÌ_ner Veltliner were handpicked when they had reached optimal physiological ripeness and maximum flavour concentration. After pressing and settling, the must was fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the varietal characteristics and purity of fruit. The wine was aged for six months on the lees which imparted texture and complexity.
