Koshu, Private Reserve, Yamanashi, Grace Wine

Sublimely crisp, floral and mineral in style with an almost Chablis type razor sharp saltiness on the finish.
The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks and then the wine was left on its lees for three months adding weight on the palate and concentrating the flavours.
