Left Field Blend, Essex, New Hall

A unique blend created especially for Hallgarten showing fresh and characteristic honeydew melon and peach notes complemented by a crisp, zesty and grapefruit finish.
Each variety was vinified separately to showcase the key varietal and clonal characteristics. The fruit was hand-picked to maintain the highest quality, before being whole bunch pressed. Fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. Ageing took place with ageing on the lees for three to four months promoting complexity and roundness to the finished wine.
