Meursault, Le Limozin, Domaine Ren̩ Monnier

A full and opulent flavour of buttered toast combined with hazelnuts, a touch exotic in style.
The grapes were harvested at optimal maturity and carefully sorted. The wine was 100% fermented in French oak, of which 30% was new. The wine went through malolactic fermentation and underwent delicate ‰Û÷bÌ¢tonnage‰Ûª- stirring of the fine lees ‰ÛÒ gently imparting texture and further complexity to the resulting wine. It was then aged in French oak barrels (30% new) for 14 months. The wine was lightly fined and filtered prior to being estate bottled by gravity.
