Muscat 'Prima Nature', Pays d'Oc, G̩rard Bertrand

Intense aromas of roses, tropical fruits and citrus notes combine with a delicate hint of herbs through to a creamy and refreshing finish.
Made without the addition of sulphur or additives. The grapes were immediately pressed with a cold must settling, in order to encourage the oxide compounds in the must to stabilise naturally. A short alcoholic fermentation took place at controlled temperatures, which were restricted to 18å¡C. The wine was purified by racking, prior to malolactic fermentation. This was followed by further racking at controlled temperatures. The wine was bottled relatively early to preserve its full aromatic character.
