Aromatic notes of acacia flowers, citrus and ripe stone fruits with a refreshing and tangy bite on the finish.
The grapes were gently pressed to extract the juice and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the perfumed aromatic qualities of the Nascetta variety. The wine was aged for six months in used French oak, on its fine lees with Û÷bÌ¢tonnageÛª or lees stirring which gave the wine a fuller texture.
