Made by winemaker Will St±rz, who has been previously nominated “Italian winemaker of the Year” by the prestigious Gambero Rosso and who makes some of the best white wines in Italy. The grapes for this wine were harvested in small bins and were gently pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at 19å¡C. No malolactic fermentation took place, resulting in a fresh, crisp style of wine. The wine spent a brief time in stainless steel vats retaining the freshness and purity of fruit until bottled.
