Pinot Bianco, Moriz, Alto Adige, Tramin

A beautifully textured wine with fresh white pepper and apricot flavours and a long, persistent almost saline finish.
The grapes for this wine were harvested in small bins and then gently pressed off to steel tanks where the must was allowed to ferment at a controlled temperature of 19å¡C, without malolactic fermentation. 80% of the wine was aged in stainless steel and 20% in large oak casks of 30 to 40 hectolitres, imparting subtle oak complexity.
