Pinot Grigio, Alto Adige, Tramin

Fresh, vibrant and fruity with flavours of pineapple and pear with white pepper on the finish.
The grapes were gently pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation took place in small temperature controlled stainless steel tank at 19å¡C. The wine went through partial malolactic fermentation. It was matured in stainless steel vats, retaining both freshness and purity of fruit.
