Pinot Grigio, Venezie, Sacchetto

Fresh with a hint of spice, ripe pear and bitter lemon on the finish.
The grapes were destemmed, pressed and immediately vinified. Fermentation of the must took place with selected yeasts, in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, which retained the fruit flavours and freshness of the Pinot Grigio. The wine was kept in tank until bottling.
