Germany has revolutionised its winemaking over recent years. This wine epitomises the new style of German wines, which have a wonderful balance of fruit, acidity and relatively low alcohol. The wine was fermented in stainless steel at temperatures controlled at approximately 18å¡C. The wine was made without any oak influence, in order to retain the purity of fruit and the essence of the terroir.
