Saint-V̩ran, 'Carmante', Domaine Botti

Wet stone notes combined with creamy, dried apricot through to a crisp, fresh finish.
The grapes were carefully selected, destemmed and then pneumatically pressed. Fermentation took place in temperature controlled tanks at 18å¡C in order to preserve the primary aromas. The wine was kept in stainless steel tanks to maintain the purity of fruit.
