A precise wine with citrus and floral aromas with a touch of white peach and grapefruit complemented by a note of minerality and white pepper on the long finish.
This Sancerre was made in the traditional style. The grapes were harvested at optimum maturity, destemmed and crushed. Fermentation took place at low temperatures in stainless steel vats to retain the purity of the fruit and the nuances of the Bu̩ terroir. Ageing took place on the lees in stainless steel vats for five months, imparting complexity and texture to the wine. It was gently filtered and fined prior to being bottled.
