Sauvignon Blanc 'Fum̢t', Bianco Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Collavini

An elegantly styled and aromatic Sauvignon Blanc with a distinctive minty and herbaceous flavour and a zesty finish.
Classic winemaking techniques were used, with low temperature skin contact overnight. The grapes were gently pressed, followed by fermentation which took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and lasted approximately two weeks. The wine remained on its fine lees until the maturation was complete.
